S Group Capital is the independent sponsor business of the S Group Companies, which also includes divisions concentrating on real estate and digital media. S Group Capital partners with a range of equity and mezzanine funds to close transactions, often bringing in Operating Partners or executives to add value to the process. S Group’s mandate is to build a portfolio of attractive small cap and lower middle market private businesses. The founder of the S Group Companies and S Group Capital has closed dozens of acquisitions, the vast majority being control investments, through prior committed funds that he co-managed since 1996. Presently, S Group Capital has completed three platform acquisitions and two add-on acquisitions since its inception in early 2014.
