Mr. Sheth is the Founder and President of the S Group Companies. Prior to founding S Group Capital in 2014, he was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Buckingham Capital Partners. Mr. Sheth is also a Co-Founder, Co-Manager, and General Partner of Max Capital, LLC. Mr. Sheth received an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BS from The College of William & Mary.

Mr. Kapadia is an accomplished serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across the hospitality and consumer industries. Currently, Mr. Romain Kapadia is the owner and operator of a fast growing events company comprising event venues and catering operations. In this capacity, he built the company from the ground up to eight figures in revenue and continues to expand its geographic footprint. Mr. Kapadia was instrumental in evaluating and orchestrating the acquisition of ProEM and continues to be an active board member focused on the continued growth of the company. Mr. Kapadia received his BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from INSEAD from Singapore/France.

Mr. Cooper is an accomplished manufacturing executive with over 25 years of experience covering engineering, operations, sales and general management. Since 2012, Mr. Cooper has been the Chief Operating Officer of IEM Power Systems where he is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the business focusing on growing systems solutions into the data center market. From 2001 to 2012, Mr. Cooper held various positions at Trantech Radiator Products, a division of Dover Corp. until it was purchased by Buckingham Capital in 2004, at which time he became President. Mr. Cooper was instrumental in successfully transitioning Trantech from a subsidiary of Dover to an independent business. Under his leadership, profitability increased by over 400% resulting in a 5X return on investment. Prior to Trantech, Mr. Cooper was with Flair Corporation, the world’s leading manufacturer of compressed air filtration and dehydration equipment. He received a BS in Engineering from Temple University and an MBA from Wilmington College in Delaware.

Mr. Pastrana has been President & CEO of leading direct to consumer fashion, beauty & wellness brands in the USA and Canada for the last 20 years. Mr. Pastrana currently serves as President of Global Consumer Capital Inc., a platform that provides Consulting, Advisory and Investing services to mid-market founder-led consumer businesses looking for growth. Prior to Global Consumer Capital Inc., he served as President & CEO of Jenny Craig, and led the company’s digital transformation through COVID and improved the customer experience which allowed the company to grow online sales by 50% CAGR and generate record profits in the USA, Canada and Australia. David has also served as President of INDITEX USA, owner of ZARA, ZARA HOME and Massimo Dutti, and led its North American expansion. During his tenure, INDITEX brands launched online stores and ZARA opened flagship retail stores in the USA that allowed the company to double its revenue in 3 years while keeping double digit EBITDA margins. Prior to this, David also led the turnaround and expansion of ZARA’s Canadian business and has also served as President of global brands such as White House Black Market and Topshop. He has MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Carlos III University in Madrid, and Master of Business Administration from INSEAD France and Singapore. He is trilingual in English, Spanish and French.

Mr. Soohoo is a seasoned technology executive whose experience spans operations across the US, Europe and Asia for both large Fortune 500/Nasdaq 100 technology companies as well as startups and medium-sized ventures. Currently, he is the President and CEO of Sekai Electronics, Inc., the premiere provider of innovative surveillance solutions to aerospace and defense companies worldwide. Previously, Mr. Soohoo was President of a cloud-based software startup where he engineered the company’s acquisition to a leading strategic buyer in the Engineering and Construction industry. Mr. Soohoo started his career with Hewlett-Packard in wireless semiconductors/systems. He has a BSEE from UC Davis, a MSEE from Santa Clara University and attended the Advanced Management College at Stanford University.
